File Order By
A form's Order By menu can be used to arrange (order) its returns in a specific order. The ordering you select is referred to as the current ordering.
Every time you change a form's current ordering, Account Ability rearranges its returns in a relative record set. The relative record set always applies when browsing, printing, exporting, preparing electronic transmittals, generating reports, etc.
The Order By menu varies from form to form. Shown below is the Order By menu for Form 1098. The check in front of Account indicates that the current ordering is the payer's Account number.
