Account Ability is best run with a screen resolution of at least 1024 by 768 pixels, displayed at 96 dots per inch (DPI). If you need to correct your system's display properties, the following instructions may be of some help.
Open the Display Properties applet from your system's Control Panel.
Windows NT/2000 Users
• | Click on the Settings tab. |
• | Verify your Screen area is set to 1024x768 (or higher). |
• | Verify the Font Size is set to Small Fonts (96 DPI). |
Windows XP Users
• | Click on the Settings tab. |
• | Verify your Screen resolution is set to 1024x768 (or higher). |
• | On the General tab, verify the DPI setting is 96 DPI. |
Windows 7 Users
• | Verify your display resolution is set to 1024x768 (or higher). |
• | Select Make text and other items larger or smaller |
• | Verify the scale is set to 100% (default). |
Notes
• | A restart may be required for your settings to take effect. |
• | Display settings apply to all applications, not just Account Ability. |
